The Avalanche Ranch is known for its beautiful hot springs, specular views and unique cabins. It is in the Crystal River Valley and sports fantastic mountain views and a relaxing atmosphere.
Located just 5 miles (or 7 minutes) away on Route 133 north of the Redstone Inn, reservations for the Hot Springs are necessary. Bookings for Tuesday, September 17 can be made beginning August 18; the two time slots are 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm. Note that the Avalanche Ranch Hot Springs are closed all day on Wednesdays, although they will open after 5:00pm on September 18 for guests staying overnight at the Avalanche Ranch Resort. Massages are available and a hot springs pass can be purchased with a massage. 24-hour notice is needed to reserve a massage.

ALTERNATE HOT SPRINGS LOCATIONS (Optional)
If Avalanche Ranch fills up, don’t worry. There are also more hot springs and pool options in Glenwood Springs, at the large Glenwood Hot Springs Resort, and the Iron Mountain Hot Springs, both of which are open until 10pm. Iron Mountain does require reservations, but they’re generally easy to get on short notice.
