Annual Planning Meeting

The entrance is at the corner of 38th and Jackson - look for the helium balloon.  The first order of business will be to order pizza, so please get there early!  Water & coffee provided, or bring your own beverage you think goes well with pizza.

As we are enjoying our food and beverages, we'll get into the Annual portion of the meeting; review the current elected positions, club financials and look back at the 2022 events.   

Then onto the fun part, planning our 2023 events! Bring your ideas, maps and calendars.  Get the club's new logo window sticker, eat & drink and let's see if we can get some fun drives and events on the 2023 calendar.  

Never led a drive before? Day drives are not hard to plan, typically requiring only a pre-drive and map it out. Or if you prefer, you can always lead a drive that has been done before. The club's website has guidance on leading drives with some ideas for one-day and multi-day drives. Of course we're always open to new adventures.
