Guanella Pass Drive
Bobbi is planning a fall colors drive for the Lotus Club and Peak to Peak! Looks like the weather will cooperate. The planned drive is ~ 3.25 hours not including a couple of stops. Bring a camera, picnic lunch, and folding chairs just in case. See below for details, maps, etc.

About the Event
Turn by turn directions are in the attached file. We'll start at the Phillips 66 off of C-470 and Morrison Rd. From there we'll use Hwy8 to cut over to Hwy 285 and then do a quick loop via N Turkey Creek/Hwy 74/Myers Gulch-Parmalee Gulch (all right hand turns). We'll take the N Turkey Creek exit again, but this time we'll turn left and take some familiar roads to work our way over to the Reynolds Park Trailhead for a brief pit stop and pictures. Leaving Reynolds Park, we'll drive along the S. Platte River for a bit then drive thru Pine back to Hwy 285 where we will make our way to Guanella Pass. We'll have another brief stop at the Square Tops Lakes parking lot at the top of the pass. The last leg of the trip is about 30min and will conclude at City Park in Georgetown for a picnic lunch in the park.
