TIME & LOCATION:
Arrive at 8:30, Depart at 9:00 am. Please sign the waiver at the drivers meeting before departure.
Meet at Phillips 66 gas station in Morrison off of C-470. We’ll park on the street just north of the station. A Park n Ride is also available if needed, but beware of enormous potholes in the lot.
OVERVIEW:
We will begin at the Phillips 66 gas station in Morrison, head west to Grant, and travel over the Guanella Pass from South to North. We’ll stop at Clear Lake for a bathroom break, which is about the midway point of the journey. After that we’ll proceed through Georgetown and Central City on our way to CO-46 through Golden Gate Canyon, and conclude our drive at New Terrain Brewing Company on the bluffs over Golden.
