Impromptu Pleasant Park Loop Drive
Craig Gand## has volunteered to lead a lovely drive out of Morrison this Sunday, Sept. 13. Attached is the route map. The gathering area is the Morrison Park & Ride on S. Rooney Road.

About the Event
This Sunday, 9/13, club member Craig Gand## will lead an impromptu 52-mile, 1 3/4 hour Miata Drive starting and ending in Morrison. Get ready for a tour from Morrison to Evergreen, making our way to Conifer, heading out to Parmalee Gulch Rd then back to Morrison. Several restaurants in Morrison have outside, distanced lunch seating, if desired.
It should be a beautiful, clear fall day on Sunday so we hope to see you there!

Head West on Bear Creek Ave. (CO 8), which becomes Bear Creek Rd (CO 74).
Proceed NW past entrances to Red Rocks Park and go up Bear Creek Canyon to Evergreen.
Left at Evergreen "Y" onto CO 73 toward Conifer.
After CO 73 becomes parallel with US 285 in Conifer, turn left at the traffic light and go under US 285 on Pleasant Park Rd.
Possible restroom stop at gas station just past the turn under US 285. (I haven't checked the current situation there.)
Pleasant Park Rd becomes High Grade Rd.
Merge with and continue straight on Deer Creek Rd.
At "T", turn left on S. Deer Creek Canyon Rd. (CO 124).
At "T", turn right on S Turkey Creek Rd. (CO 122).
Merge onto US 285 S and immediately get into the left lane and turn left onto Parmalee Gulch Rd. (CO 120).
Parmalee Gulch Rd becomes Meyers Gulch Rd.
At "T", turn right on Bear Creek Rd (CO 74) towards Morrison.
End drive at Morrison.
