2024 Plannual Meeting

The first order of business will be to order pizza.  The club will be providing free pizzas.  Just bring your favorite non-alcoholic beverage.

As we're enjoying our food and beverages, we'll get into the Annual portion of the meeting; review the club financials and look back at the 2023 events. Then we'll discuss the many exciting plans for 2024. 

First up is to nominate and elect two open positions: Club President and Webmaster as Craig Gardner's and Gary Halcomb's terms are coming to a close. We do have a couple of people who have expressed interest but we need to open to all and then vote.  

Next we'll discuss our September Anniversary Celebration Trip. Gary Halcomb has volunteered to take the lead planning for this big event. However, we want to solicit additional volunteers for the planning committee so we can ensure a great and successful trip. This will be a blast as we expect to have many great drives, a celebratory dinner and even a few additional surprises.  

Finally, we'll bring out the 2024 monthly calendars and get some drive leader volunteers and drives written down. Volunteer to lead a drive and you'll be eligible for some fun swag. Never led a drive before? You can always lead a drive that has been done before. or pick any drive that you love. The website has guidance on leading drives with some ideas for one-day and multi-day drives. Of course we're always open to new adventures. Don't be intimidated to volunteer. One of the board members (or another member) would be happy to help you plan out or even co-lead a drive.
